How much is delivery?

We use Royal Mail Tracked for all of our parcels. This is so that we can track their whereabouts and find out when they have been delivered for you, if any problems occur. The delivery costs are shown below:

Royal Mail Tracked 48 - £3.55

(Royal Mail aim to deliver within 2-3 working days)

Royal Mail Tracked 24 - £4.45

(Royal Mail aim to deliver the next day if you order before 11am but cannot guarantee this)

Orders over £30 - FREE Tracked 48

What if I need my order sooner?

We understand that sometimes you need your gift to get to where it needs to be fast and for this we suggest that you select the Royal Mail Tracked 24 service. Royal Mail aims to deliver your order the next working day* after they receive your parcel, so placing orders early (usually before 11am) gives us time to package and send your parcel.

*Please note that Royal Mail does not guarantee orders will arrive the next working day.

Sending parcels Tracked 24 is not included in our free delivery for orders over £30.

How will I know my order has been shipped?

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number on, if applicable. Sometimes these emails end up in your junk or spam folders so please do make sure you check those first if you haven't received yours.

What do I do if my order hasn't arrived or has arrived damaged?

Whilst we would love everything to go smoothly, we do understand that sometimes problems occur. In the unlikely event of this happening please send us an email to hello@woodburyblue.co.uk and we will look into this for you.

If your order hasn't arrived, please check your tracking number first for delivery confirmation. If your parcel isn't showing as delivered please contact your local Royal Mail depot as parcels should be taken there first before coming back to us. If still no sign then drop us an email at hello@woodburyblue.co.uk and we will open an investigation with Royal Mail for you.

Please note that Royal Mail won't investigate until 10 full working days have passed since delivery.

If your order has arrived damaged, please email us at hello@woodburyblue.co.uk with supporting images and as much information as possible so that we can get this sorted swiftly for you.

Can my order be delivered directly to the recipient?

Of course! Just add their name and address at checkout and your order will be sent directly to them. 

Can I add a gift note in the order?

Yes, absolutely. All of our gift boxes come with a free notecard of your choice. Just add you message in the box provided and we will hand write this for you and pop it inside the gift box.

Do you include receipts or invoices in the orders?

No we don't include any sign of payment or paperwork inside your order as it is a gift. You will receive a confirmation email once you have placed and paid for your order, but the recipient won't see any payments.

Can I order multiple gift boxes to be delivered to different addresses?

If you would like to ship gift boxes to multiple addresses, please submit each order separately. You can order multiple gift boxes on one order if they are all going to the same address.

Do you ship outside of the UK?

We currently only ship to the UK as shipping costs are often so high to send abroad but if there is something you really need sending internationally, please do drop us an email and we will see if we can help in any way.

What size are your gift boxes?

All of our curated gift box cubes measure approximately 8.5cm x 8.5cm x 8.5cm and they are packaged in a mailer box measuring 12.7cm x 12.7cm.

Our Create Your Own Gift Boxes come in 2 sizes, a medium and a large. We will pack your order with the correct size gift box depending on the number and size of the items you have chosen.

What is your returns policy?

You have up to 14 days to notify us of any returns and a further 14 days to send your item back to us. Please ensure all items are in their original packaging and we ask that you send us proof of purchase by email. 

You are responsible for the return shipping costs and it's recommended that you opt for a tracked service to ensure safe delivery.

Once we have received your returned items we will issue you with a refund for the full amount, minus the original shipping costs.

If 28 days have passed we unfortunately cannot refund your order.

Can I change my order or amend the address?

Whilst we understand that mistakes happen, we do ask that you contact us within 30 minutes of ordering to allow us to make any amendments. Once the order has had postage applied and been dispatched we will be unable to alter anything for you.

What if I need to cancel my order?

We'd be very sorry to hear that but if you do need to cancel we completely understand. Please notify us by email as soon as you can, preferably within 30 minutes of ordering, as we aim to pack and dispatch orders as soon as they come in.

Whilst we will do our very best to make sure this is possible there are certain situations that will prevent us from refunding the full amount:

  • If postage has already been paid for and applied. You will be refunded the full amount minus the postage costs.
  • Your parcel has already been sent out and received by Royal Mail, or your recipient, in which case we will be unable to refund your order.

Using discount codes:

Discount codes must be applied at checkout using the discount code box. Discount codes can only be used once and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, unless otherwise stated.

Help I forgot to add my discount code. What can I do?

Unfortunately, once you've placed your order and payment has been processed we cannot apply any discounts.
